We are thrilled to invite you to the 4th Annual Self Direction Connection Conference – a gathering dedicated to empowering individuals, family members, and professionals engaged in self-directed supports. It is a unique opportunity to
- Learn from experts and innovators about self-direction
- Share your experiences, challenges, and successes
- Connect and network with the folks who are shaping the future of self-directed supports
Whether you are just beginning on the self-direction journey or have years of experience, this conference is designed to inspire, inform, and bring us together in a meaningful way. Visit with old friends and make new ones, share your experiences and knowledge with Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS).
The fee for the event is $75.00. Scholarships are available. People using CDCS can pay for the conference through the budget.
