Minnesota Star Program
A System of Technology to Achieve Results (STAR) is located within the Minnesota Department of Administration, STAR’s mission is to help all Minnesotans with disabilities gain access to and acquire the assistive technology they need to live, learn, work and play. The Minnesota STAR Program is federally funded by the Rehabilitation Services Administration in accordance with the Assistive Technology Act of 1998, as amended (P.L. 108-364).

Minnesota Disability Law Center
The Minnesota Disability Law Center (MDLC) is the designated Protection and Advocacy System (P&A) for Minnesota and addresses the unique legal needs of Minnesotans with disabilities. MDLC provides free civil legal assistance to individuals with disabilities statewide on legal issues related to their disabilities.

AARM
ARRM is a nonprofit association of more than 200 providers, businesses and advocates dedicated to leading the advancement of community-based services that support people living with disabilities in their pursuit of meaningful lives.

The Arc Minnesota
The Arc Minnesota is a private, non-profit, statewide voluntary organization. The mission of The Arc Minnesota is to promote and protect the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively support their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes. The Arc Minnesota is actively engaged in public policy advocacy on behalf of people with disabilities.

Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities
The Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (MN-CCD) is broad-based coalition of advocacy and provider organizations working to change public policy to improve the lives of people with disabilities through building awareness, providing education and engaging the community. MN-CCD envisions equity and opportunity for all people with disabilities to lead meaningful, productive and self-directed lives.
